We recommend 100% cotton or cotton-blend button-down shirts. Flannel, oxford, and poplin fabrics work beautifully. We cannot work with silk or very stretchy knits.
What if the shirt has stains or wear?
We do our best to work around stains or holes. If a blemish is unavoidable, we will contact you. Often, small signs of wear add to the sentimental character of the piece.
Can you embroider a name or date?
Yes. We offer both inner (hidden) and visible embroidery options to personalize your heirloom with a name, initials, or a special date.
How do I know you received my shirt?
We will send you an email confirmation the moment your package arrives at our studio. You will be updated throughout the process.

Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks after we receive your shirt. During peak times, it may take a bit longer. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
